My nearly 4yr old hates having his hair cut. and works himself up before arrival. After 3yrs of crying and trying to escape, half finished cuts etc I tried Trimz. Kieron has a very natural way with children, calm and totally unflustered. He treats the child as the customer and tunes into them, listening to everything they say. As a result we have had a totally different experience there. He even got a smile out of my son today.
